Job DetailsResponsibilities:

1. Represent clients in all phases of litigationfrom initiation to expert discovery in matters before state andfederal courts, regulatory agencies, and other adjudicative bodies.2. Manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf ofclients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, settingclaims and advocating for clients in court. 3. Build relationshipswith clients and work closely with them to ensure their legalrights are protected and that they get the best possible results.4. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of case laws,statutes, legal articles, codes and other relevant material toestablish facts and draw valid conclusions. 5. Draft and reviewvarious legal documents including pleadings, briefs, motions,appeals, contracts, etc. 6. Provide legal advice to clients,present findings to colleagues, and represent clients in courtduring trials and hearings. 7. Stay updated with the latestdevelopments in law and the legal industry to enhance performanceand provide top-notch services to clients.

Qualifications:

1. JurisDoctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Member of theBar of Connecticut. 3. A minimum of 3 years of experience inlitigation. 4. Proficiency in legal research and outstanding legalwriting skills. 5. Strong litigation skills with the ability tomanage multiple projects and cases simultaneously in a fast-pacedenvironment. 6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and courtroomadvocacy skills. 7. Demonstrated ability to work independently andwithin a team, showing initiative and drive. 8. High level ofprofessionalism and confidentiality, with the ability to interactwith clients and colleagues at all levels. 9. Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically andcreatively.
