Job Description
A growing law firm specializing in elder law, specifically trusts, estates and probate, seeks an Associate Attorney to join the team. Position requires 2+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration and/or probate. Work is in office 5 days/week for 50 hours/week. There is no billable hour requirement. Partner track opportunity.
salary:
$100,000 – $140,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 6
PMeducation:
DoctoralResponsibilities Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts. Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations. Prepare for trials by organizing evidence and developing case strategies. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on case progress and legal options. Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases to ensure comprehensive legal representation. Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
