As an Associate Attorney, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality legal services to our clients while contributing to the growth and success of our firm. Responsibilities Conduct closing transactions from file opening through closing including conducting residential and commercial real estate closings. Represent clients in negotiations, contract issues and disputes. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and trust. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Connecticut state bar. Experience in a law office setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with real estate law advantageous. Excellent writing skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
