Bankruptcy Full Job Description SUMMARY:
Were seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join a mid-size law firm with offices in multiple states. As a Litigation Associate, you will be at the forefront handling a diverse array of complex cases and collaborating closely with other experienced attorneys.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents Participate in depositions and court hearings Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys Manage discovery processes, including document production and interrogatories Assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit organization Maintain client communications and provide regular updates on case progress Prepare legal correspondence and maintain thorough case files Additional Duties as assigned.
MUST HAVE
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school License to Practice in the state of CT Minimum 3 years of experience in Insurance, Construction, Bankruptcy &/or Commercial litigation Strong Research, Writing, Communication, Understanding and Effectively Negotiating Complex Issues etc.
