A reputable law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Medical Malpractice (MedMal) department. This role is ideal for candidates with 5+ years of experience handling medical malpractice litigation.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $140,000 to $170,000, commensurate with experience Competitive bonus structure Professional support including bar dues, CLE coverage, mentoring, and career development programs
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex medical malpractice cases from intake through trial Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs Conduct discovery, depositions, and trial preparation Appear in court as needed
Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school 5+ years of experience in medical malpractice litigation preferred Licensed and in good standing with the Connecticut State Bar (required) Trial experience is a plus
