As a Permanent Charitable PlanningAttorney, your responsibilities will include, but not be limitedto: 1. Providing expert legal advice on all aspects of charitableplanning, including the establishment and operation of varioustypes of charitable organizations and trusts. 2. Drafting,reviewing, and negotiating complex charitable giving agreements. 3.Advising clients on the legal and tax implications of theircharitable giving strategies. 4. Collaborating with otherattorneys, tax advisors, and financial planners to developcomprehensive charitable planning strategies for clients. 5.Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in charitableplanning law and tax regulations. 6. Representing clients beforeregulatory bodies and in legal proceedings as necessary. 7.Promoting the firm’s charitable planning services through variousmarketing and business development activities.
Qualifications:
Tobe considered for the role of Permanent Charitable PlanningAttorney, you must have: 1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from anaccredited law school. 2. Admission to the Florida Bar, New YorkBar, or Connecticut Bar. 3. A minimum of 5 years of legalexperience, with a strong focus on charitable planning. 4. A proventrack record of successfully advising clients on charitableplanning matters. 5. Excellent legal research, drafting, andnegotiation skills. 6. A deep understanding of the legal and taxissues related to charitable giving. 7. Strong interpersonalskills, with the ability to build relationships with clients andcolleagues. 8. The ability to work independently, manage multipleprojects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines. 9. A commitmentto maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics andintegrity.
