We are seeking aseasoned Commercial Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of 4 yearsof experience to join our dynamic legal team. This position offersan excellent opportunity to engage in comprehensive practice of lawin the commercial real estate area. The ideal candidate will have adeep understanding of real estate law, with a particular focus oncommercial transactions and zoning regulations. This role willrequire a strong commitment to client service, the ability to workon a team as well as individually, and the ability to managemultiple ongoing projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide legalcounsel and support for commercial real estate transactions,including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. 2.Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate documents,including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, financingdocuments, and other related documents. 3. Conduct thorough legalresearch and analysis related to commercial real estatetransactions and zoning regulations. 4. Provide legal advice andguidance on zoning and land use issues, including variances,special permits, and zoning compliance. 5. Represent the company inlegal proceedings, negotiations, and meetings related to commercialreal estate transactions and zoning issues. 6. Collaborate withother attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure theeffective and efficient handling of commercial real estate matters.7. Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trendsin commercial real estate and zoning to provide accurate and timelyadvice to clients.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree froman accredited law school. 2. Admitted to practice law in the state.3. Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate law,including significant experience with zoning issues. 4. Strongknowledge of real estate law, contract law, and zoning regulations.5. Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate complexcommercial real estate documents. 6. Excellent legal research andwriting skills. 7. Strong negotiation skills and the ability toeffectively represent clients in legal proceedings. 8. Ability tomanage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. 9. Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal. 10. Strongcommitment to client service and the ability to work bothindependently and as part of a team. 11.
