We are seeking a dedicated and Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about immigrant rights, highly organized, and capable of managing a diverse caseload with professionalism and empathy. A strong understanding of U.S. immigration law and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and other immigration-related agencies. Prepare and file petitions, waivers, applications, appeals, and related immigration documents. Conduct legal consultations and provide clients with reliable immigration advice. Maintain accurate case records and meet all filing deadlines. Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other professionals. Stay up to date with changes in immigration laws and policies.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school. Active license to practice law in any U.S. state. 1-3 years of experience in immigration law (preferred but not required). Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred). Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and advocate effectively for clients.

Preferred:

Admission to the Connecticut Bar is a plus.
