$530,000-$990,000+ (based on book size and billing structure)

The Opportunity We’re seeking experienced Litigation Partners with a portable hourly book of business of at least $800k. Whether you’re currently managing most of your caseload directly or delegating to associates, this opportunity is designed to reward your individual contribution and provide the tools you need to scale. You’ll work within a collaborative, low-politics environment where growth is not just encouraged—it’s supported with real infrastructure: experienced litigation associates, dedicated marketing, and flexible practice development options. What You’ll Do Lead litigation matters for a sophisticated, often high-profile client base Manage and expand an existing book of business ($800k-$1.5M+) Collaborate with seasoned associates and paralegals to maximize efficiency and client service Focus on high-quality, billable litigation—no contingency work required Maintain autonomy in building out your niche or continuing in general litigation Enjoy direct access to firm leadership and decision-making What We’re Looking For A minimum of $800k in portable, hourly litigation business (larger books welcomed) Strong litigation background in any practice area except Insurance defense, Asbestos, & Personal Injury Demonstrated ability to lead client relationships and legal teams JD with active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s) A desire to work in a collaborative firm environment without internal competition Why You’ll Want This RoleEarning Potential Base salary: $264,000-$495,000 (based on book size) Collections payout: 33%+ paid out monthly Typical total comp: $530,000-$990,000 annually (higher for books above $1.5M) Bonus upside: Additional performance bonuses based on delegation and firm contribution Support to Grow Experienced associates and litigation paralegals to help service and expand your client base In-house marketing team + business development resources Opportunities for speaking engagements, media, and brand-building Firm Culture Expansion-minded and collaborative: opportunity to grow your practice, not compete with peers Flexible practice structure: build out general litigation or pursue niche areas High partner retention: a culture of trust, independence, and professional respect
