Base pay range:
$180,000.00/yr

Responsibilities:
Litigate Commercial Disputes
- Manage antitrust and contract cases in CT courts, from pleadings to trial prep. Draft Legal Documents
- Prepare motions, briefs, and discovery, leveraging firm’s antitrust expertise. Conduct Depositions
- Lead witness and expert depositions, building cases for clients like energy firms. Negotiate Resolutions
- Settle 65% of cases via mediation, using firm’s strategic ADR skills. Build Client Ties
- Develop relationships with global clients, ensuring repeat engagements.
