We are a highly rated and reputable immigration law firm located in Gainesville, FL serving the North Central Florida area and beyond. We serve clients in family-based petitions, naturalizations, asylum and removal proceedings, and many other immigration matters. Our law firm provides exceptional customer service and we stand behind our work. Responsibilities:
- Provide support to partners in a broad range of cases
- Provide exceptional customer service and expert legal guidance to clients
- Review petitions, applications, and cases to prepare them for submission to the immigration courts and offices
- Draft, prepare and/or review motions, waivers, briefs, affidavits, and other related documents
- Represent clients in immigration court proceedings or immigration offices
- Conduct research and develop strategical approaches to the law and cases
- Work with the other attorneys and staff to ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize computer software and applications, including an immigration case management software and Microsoft and Adobe PDF products, for various tasks
Qualifications/Skills:
- Licensed to practice law in the U.S.
- Bilingual or high proficiency in Spanish required
- Great attention to detail
- Highly motivated and driven
- Willingness to learn
- Outstanding writing and research skills
