$100,000-$120,000 base + commission + benefits A well-respected and client-centered estate planning and elder law firm in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Florida-licensed Estate Planning Attorney to join their growing practice. With decades of combined experience, the team provides personalized estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, probate, and guardianship services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. What You’ll Do Conduct initial consultations and clearly articulate the value of legal services to prospective clients Provide practical, customized estate planning and elder law solutions Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents Manage probate matters from start to finish Supervise and collaborate with paralegals to ensure smooth case progression Represent the firm at client appreciation events and educational seminars Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar (Required) Minimum of 2 years of estate planning experience (Required) Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to manage an independent caseload while working as part of a team What We Offer Base salary of $100,000-$120,000 + commission-based incentives Health insurance reimbursement 401(k) retirement plan Generous paid time off (PTO) Paid CLE and professional development support Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE)
