Law Firm’s Need:

This partnership could happen in one of three potential Managing Partner for Florida, to become a phased-in successor in collaboration with the retiring founder. Although this is financially desirable, the main qualifier is to succeed for the clients, and all good things follow. This entrustment is a rapid succession to the controlling interest of the firm but over twenty years of building must be entrusted to a Litigator and Manager that proves worth right now by competence and conduct guided by a true moral compass. For the proper person, this could be of great benefit to all concerned.

Description:

The partnership is for full management of the Florida operations and all its litigation matters now pending and to be filed. This is a full equity partnership for three branches of the firm. Florida is the largest branch of the firm, designed to be in full control of the firm under the near-term retirement phasing planned for 2026.

Attributes:

• Highly competent litigator for state and federal courts in Florida.
• Precise and effective litigating consumer contracts, fraud and statutory violations.
• Effective Leadership of a Managing Attorney for our litigation attorneys in Florida.

As an Equity Partner in the firm, the successful person for this role will be highly self-managed, and very disciplined in moving cases forward, as well as instructive to attorneys of the firm that you manage. And as always, an ardent protector of the client’s rights and compliance with Florida bar standards.

Compensation:

There could be one of three ways (at different compensation levels and different solutions for the time of transfer of complete control that will be discussed, but one method could be that this partnership starts with a lucrative partner share for management of the firm’s most productive state, Florida. In any event there is complete support to assure the cases are transferred properly and providing the knowledge base by the founder. The attorney will absorb into the subfield, the counts used, and the specific factual basis for these claims. In short, to become highly proficient in a small universe you will absolutely master. At that point a form of retirement can pass the torch to a prolific and expertly skilled litigator and the twenty-year mission shall live on. When the partner has successfully prosecuted cases and trained others to do so proficiently, in 2026 the controlling share of the partnership would be earned to manage all matters of the firm nationwide for the future.
