We are looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 5 or more years of experience.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of litigation including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials Manage a litigation caseload from inception to completion either independently or under the supervision of other attorneys Be able to effectively manage multiple clients and matters Enjoy legal research and providing thoughtful written analyses of legal questions Draft court papers with minimal supervision Work closely with other attorneys to provide recommendations for resolving challenges Attend hearings Work well with clients Develop case strategies and projections Qualifications for Commercial Litigation Lawyer Significant Commercial Litigation Experience (e.g.- 10+ summary judgement matters, 10+ depositions, 25+ hearings) Superior written and oral communication skills Experience with electronic discovery and billing tools Florida Bar License and be in good standing Perks at Volk Law Offices, P.A.: Enthusiastic, Intelligent teammates and effective firm management Views of the intercoastal waterway from your office 401k Retirement Plan Quarterly Bonus Compensations eligibility after 90 days Health Care Benefits Friendly experienced support staff Brevard is ranked #2 for the best performing large city in the U.S. by Milken Institute Great place to raise kids.
