We are seeking an experienced, Florida-licensed Estate Planning and Elder Law Attorney to join our boutique and highly respected firm. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with a seasoned team in a collaborative, client-centered environment. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for designing customized estate planning solutions, managing probate cases, and providing compassionate legal counsel to clients. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience and a strong working knowledge of Florida laws, statutes, and court procedures. This role offers unlimited professional growth and financial opportunity, including the potential to participate in the long-term success of the firm.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct initial consultations and articulate the value of our services. Translate complex legal issues into practical, understandable guidance for clients. Develop and draft individualized estate planning documents based on client needs. Manage probate cases from initiation to resolution, including court appearances when necessary. Supervise and review the work of paralegals, ensuring legal accuracy and compliance. Maintain strong communication with clients, personal representatives, and beneficiaries throughout each matter. Support business development through participation in seminars, client events, and community outreach.
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar (Required). Minimum of two years’ experience in estate planning and/or probate. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage an independent caseload while working as part of a team. #INDW3
