Salary:

Responsibilities:

The PermanentAssociate Attorney will be expected to handle a range ofresponsibilities including but not limited to: 1. Managing adiverse caseload of bad faith coverage disputes. 2. Providingexpert legal advice to clients on a variety of complex matters. 3.Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts.4. Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and makingcompelling legal arguments. 5. Conducting legal research andanalysis to stay ahead of changes in law and legal strategies.

JobDetails Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the PermanentAssociate Attorney role should have the following qualifications:1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. 2.Admission to the Florida Bar. 3. A minimum of 2-10 years ofexperience in the legal industry, specifically dealing with Complexinsurance coverage matters 4. Demonstrated ability to manage alarge caseload and multitask effectively. 5.
