Job Details Responsibilities:
Handle acaseload involving civil litigation matters from intake throughresolution Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Representclients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations Conductlegal research and provide analysis on case strategies Collaboratewith partners and senior attorneys on complex matters Maintaincommunication with clients, providing clear updates and legalguidance
Qualifications:
1-5 years of litigation experience (civillitigation preferred) Strong writing, research, and courtroomskills Excellent organizational and time management abilitiesWillingness to learn new areas of law with guidance and trainingCalifornia Bar license in good standing Interested in hearing more?
