Associate Trial Attorney Litigation Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Associate Trial Attorney to join our litigation team. This is a hands-on role ideal for an attorney who wants to grow their courtroom experience, handle high-stakes personal injury cases, and work alongside accomplished trial lawyers. What You’ll Do:
Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through trial, with mentorship from senior trial attorneys Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and represent clients in court Handle discovery, draft pleadings, and prepare for mediations and trial Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and legal guidance Contribute to litigation strategy and case development alongside the legal team
What We’re Looking For:
