We’re looking for an experienced Intake Attorney who understands that, for many clients, this first conversation marks the beginning of their path toward healing and justice. You’ll be their first connection to a team that’s ready to help. This role is part attorney, part advocate, and part intake strategist. You’ll evaluate each case, guide potential clients through their options, and help ensure we sign those we’re best positioned to help. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of personal injury law, and a commitment to client advocacy. Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

Conduct thorough interviews with potential clients to assess the merits of their personal injury claims.

Legal Evaluation:

Analyze case details to determine alignment with our firm’s expertise and the likelihood of successful outcomes.

Guidance and Education:

Provide clear explanations of legal rights, processes, and potential strategies to prospective clients.

Onboarding:

Facilitate the transition from prospective client to active client, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

CRM Management:

Accurately update and maintain lead records in our CRM system to reflect case status, communications, and next actions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with our legal team to ensure a seamless handoff of cases and maintain continuity in client communication.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice lawExperience in personal injury law, with a strong understanding of case evaluation and client counselingExceptional verbal and written communication skillsEmpathetic approach to client interactions, with the ability to build trust and rapport quicklyDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
SALARY commensurate with experience
