Salary:

Job Details We are seeking a highlyqualified and motivated Environmental Attorney to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in environmentaltransactional, regulatory compliance, and permitting matters. Thisrole involves providing legal support in environmental assessmentand liability matters, wetlands and coastal permitting, and duediligence.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on environmentalregulations and compliance issues. Conduct environmentalassessments and manage liability matters. Assist with wetlands andcoastal permitting processes. Provide transactional support and duediligence for environmental matters. Draft and review legaldocuments related to environmental law. Represent clients innegotiations and regulatory proceedings. Stay updated on changes inenvironmental laws and regulations. Collaborate with otherattorneys and professionals within the firm.
Qualifications:
JurisDoctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to theFlorida Bar. Minimum of six years of experience in environmentallaw. Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance.
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills. Ability tomanage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonaland communication skills. Commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
