Salary:

Job Details We are a leadingFlorida-based business law firm, is seeking a detail-oriented,experienced, and licensed Land Use Attorney to join our legal team.
The successful candidate will focus on land use law and real estatedevelopment, working closely with various stakeholders includingproperty owners, developers, government officials, and otherattorneys.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice regarding landuse laws and regulations. Represent clients in court or beforegovernment agencies, including zoning and planning boards. Prepareand file necessary documents such as applications, permits, andappeals. Research and analyze legal issues related to land use.
Advise clients on the legal and tax implications of real estatetransactions. Negotiate settlements or agreements on behalf ofclients. Collaborate with architects, planners, and otherprofessionals in the development process. Stay updated with changesin land use laws and regulations. Assist in property developmentfrom beginning to end, including zoning, subdivision, and buildinglaws.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accreditedlaw school. Active membership in the Florida Bar. Proven workexperience as a Land Use Attorney, Real Estate Attorney, or similarrole. Strong understanding of zoning ordinances, land developmentcodes, environmental mandates, and real estate transactions.
Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation skills. Ability towork effectively with local elected officials and staff. Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
