Commensurate with Experience | ?? Full-Time | ?? On-Site We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate Attorney to join our Community Association Practice Group in our Fort Lauderdale office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working directly with community association boards and property managers, and who values client-focused representation. ??
Key Responsibilities:
Represent community associations and homeowner associations (HOAs) in legal matters. Provide counsel to association boards and management on governing documents, statutory compliance, and dispute resolution. Draft legal documents and handle community-related litigation and arbitration. Deliver presentations and participate in board meetings or educational seminars (public speaking experience a plus). ?
Requirements:
Member in good standing with the Florida Bar. 2-4 years of legal experience; prior experience in community association law/HOA strongly preferred but not required. Strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills. Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle matters independently.
