Compensation:

$95,000 – $125,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Manage 15-30 active cases from inception through completion. Manage client relationships and regularly consult with clients and third parties to effectively move cases towards a successful conclusion. Develop a case strategy and provide leadership and direction to staff. Cultivate relationships with the Firm’s clients and participate in business development. Be a team player with the intention to build a long-term career with partnership opportunities.

Qualifications:

A minimum of three years of bankruptcy experience, including complex business disputes. Be comfortable and effective in the courtroom. Experience negotiating complex terms and conditions of settlements. Demonstrate proficiency in all forms of communication. Ability to research and write exceptionally well. Demonstrate pride in working enthusiastically and doggedly.

About Company Compensation:

The compensation package is commensurate with qualifications and experience and will include a base salary in the range of $95,000-$125,000. The compensation package includes a base salary, plus bonus compensation based on production, efficiency, and performance.
