We are passionate about advocating for immigrants and their families. Our firm primarily handles family-based immigration, removal defense, detained cases, and humanitarian relief including U visas, T visas, and VAWA petitions. We are currently seeking a driven and compassionate Bilingual Associate Attorney (Spanish/English) to join our Coral Springs team and provide excellent legal services to our diverse client base. Responsibilities Represent clients in immigration court and USCIS interviews. Prepare legal filings including motions, briefs, and petitions for various immigration benefits. Conduct legal research and draft memoranda. Interview clients and witnesses, gather supporting evidence, and develop case strategies. Attend bond hearings, master calendar hearings, and merits hearings. Collaborate with our legal team to support clients in complex and sensitive immigration matters. Maintain accurate and detailed client records using case management software. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction. Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required. Experience in immigration law is required. Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
