Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters with a focus on partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, and securities. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments. Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with attention to detail and deadlines. Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials, advocating effectively on their behalf. Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and develop tailored legal strategies to achieve desired outcomes. Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes in a cost-effective manner, always considering the best interests of the client. Stay current with legal developments and trends in commercial litigation and related areas. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Barred in FL 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation Proven track record of success in handling complex litigation cases, including trial experience. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills with attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present cases in court and negotiations.
