$175,000 to $275,000 (commensurate with experience and expertise)

Responsibilities:

Manage and execute complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects for a diverse client base. Represent major institutional clients in real estate financing, including loan origination, negotiation, and documentation. Handle all aspects of sophisticated commercial leasing transactions, representing landlords and tenants in high-value office, retail, and industrial leasing. Conduct thorough due diligence, analyze complex title and survey matters, and resolve intricate real estate-related issues. Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and other critical real estate-related agreements. Provide strategic counsel on zoning, land use, and other regulatory matters affecting real estate development and investment.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of strong commercial real estate experience, preferably in a large law firm setting. Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with a strong academic record. Admission to practice law in Florida is required. Exceptional legal research, writing, and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle complex legal issues.
