Must share the firm’s commitment to its clients by being prompt, responsive and knowledgeable. Excellent academic credentials with superior research and writing skills required. While community association experience is preferred, a similar practice area experience is also acceptable.

Responsibilities include:

Reviewing and modifying contracts Interpreting and drafting amendments to governing documents Case law Research Drafting amendments to governing documents Client relations Reviewing community association issues and drafting legal opinions Preparing for and attending board and membership meetings

Education and Experience:
