Salary:

Job Details We are seeking an experienced Condo/HOA Attorney tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background incommunity association law, with a commitment to providinghigh-quality legal services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Community Association Representation:
Provide legal representationto condominium and homeowner associations. Prepare, review, andfile organizational documents related to community associations,including Declarations, Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, andRules and Regulations. Draft and record easements, maintenanceagreements, and other instruments related to developments. Conductdue diligence, including reviewing plats, plans, titles, and otherdocuments to prepare community association documents. Adviseclients on compliance with local, state, and federal laws affectingcommunity associations. Represent associations in litigation anddispute resolution.
Policy Drafting and Enforcement:
Draft andenforce HOA policies, covenants, conditions, and restrictions.
Advise HOA boards on legal matters, including budgets, legislation,and governance. Assist in drafting policies to protect associationsfrom lawsuits and liability.
Client Interaction:
Maintain strongclient relationships through effective communication andpersonalized service. Provide legal advice and support to clientson various community association issues.
Qualifications:
JurisDoctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed topractice law in the state of Florida. Minimum of 3 years ofexperience in community association law. Strong understanding ofcondominium and homeowner association laws and regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solvingabilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
