Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced andmotivated Construction Attorney to join our dynamic team. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in construction law,including contract negotiation, construction litigation, claimsmanagement, and regulatory compliance. This role offers an excitingopportunity to work on high-profile construction projects anddisputes in Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, andnegotiate construction contracts, including AIA and Consensus Docsagreements Represent clients in construction litigation,arbitration, and mediation Advise clients on construction claims,lien law, and defect disputes Assist clients with regulatorycompliance and licensing issues Conduct risk analysis and provideproactive legal counsel on construction projects Collaborate withclients to develop effective strategies for resolving disputes
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited lawschool. Admission to the Florida Bar (active and in good standing).Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction law or a relatedfield. Strong knowledge of Florida construction lien laws andindustry regulations. Excellent analytical, negotiation, andlitigation skills. Outstanding written and verbal communicationabilities. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlineseffectively.
