The Mor-Sports Group has an excellent opportunity for an attorney to join our team as Corporate Counsel. The Corporate Counsel is responsible for providing legal support and advice to the Company and General Counsel on a variety of litigation and transactional matters. This position requires a solid business orientation and focus on practical problem solving while upholding the Company’s strong ethics, culture, and principles of integrity across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned litigation, including employment and construction contract dispute cases.
- Assist with drafting responses to subpoenas, discovery requests, and demand letters.
- Negotiate and review contracts.
- Advise Human Resources on a variety of employment law matters
- Maintain current and up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
