Job Details We are seeking to expand ourCorporate and M&A Practice Group with the addition of a highlyqualified Senior Partner with extensive experience in corporatetransactional law. The ideal candidate will have a proven trackrecord in leading sophisticated transactions and providinginnovative solutions for clients across the U.S. and globally.
KeyResponsibilities:
Lead and manage complex corporate transactions,including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and jointventures. Serve as the first-chair attorney on significantcorporate deals. Collaborate with seasoned colleagues to deliverhigh-quality legal services and innovative solutions to clients.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a wide range ofcorporate matters. Develop and maintain strong clientrelationships. Mentor and guide junior attorneys within thepractice group. Contribute to the growth and development of theCorporate and M&A Practice Group.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor(JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the FloridaBar or willingness to become admitted. Minimum of 10 years ofexperience in corporate transactional law, with a focus on mergersand acquisitions, private placements, and joint ventures. Strongacademic credentials and prior work experience in a reputable lawfirm. Demonstrated ability to serve as lead counsel on complexcorporate transactions. Excellent judgment, organizationalcapabilities, and time management skills. Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills. A book of business is preferred but notrequired. Experience in private securities offerings, fund work,and sophisticated joint ventures. Ability to work effectively in ateam-oriented environment.
