Salary:

$155,000 – $175,000 | ?? Full-Time | ?? On-Site or Hybrid (specify if applicable) Are you a strategic legal professional with deep experience in e-discovery and litigation support? We’re seeking a Director of Litigation and E-Discovery to lead and manage all electronic discovery processes and data management for our firm. ??

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end e-discovery strategy, including process development, technology implementation, and workflow optimization. Manage the Litigation Support Department, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight. Select and implement AI-driven legal technology and litigation support tools. Ensure compliance with discovery obligations and regulatory requirements. Consult with attorneys on best practices for e-discovery and litigation technology. Conduct audits and quality assurance checks of litigation files and data. Train attorneys and support staff on e-discovery software and procedures. Manage departmental budget and resource allocation. ?

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing e-discovery operations in a legal or corporate environment. Expertise in litigation support software and AI-powered legal technology. Strong understanding of discovery compliance, including federal and state rules. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Strong communication and consulting ability with legal teams and stakeholders.
