Join Our Team as an In-House Employment/HR Lawyer! Are you passionate about employment law and seeking a dynamic opportunity to provide impactful legal counsel? We’re hiring a dedicated In-House Employment/HR Lawyer to join our organization and ensure compliance, resolve employee disputes, and guide our team on all employment-related legal matters.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Advising management on employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Reviewing, drafting, and revising policies and procedures to meet legal standards. Navigating employee disputes, recommending resolution strategies, and managing litigation matters. Drafting employment contracts and sensitive employment-related documents. Education & Experience Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a valid Florida Bar License 5-10 years of proven experience as an Employment Lawyer, ideally within a corporation or business.
