Seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be an effective problem solver, self-starter with strong project coordination abilities and strong attention to details. This position will work closely with outside counsels and in-house general counsel but must be able to also work independently. Duties will include but not limited to the following:

• Preparation of various legal documents/motions/pleadings
• Preparation of discovery and discovery responses
• Maintain and manage case files/dockets/deadlines
• Manage corporate governance, create LLCs, draft operating agreements and conversions, dissolutions
• Tenant Defaults
• Limited litigation
• Attend Mediations
• Legal research
• Perform other related duties as requested
• Working after hours and weekends as required to stay current with workload Strong computer skills should include Word, Excel, Outlook, LexisNexis, E-filing (state and federal).
