This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with a strong background in insurance litigation to contribute to a thriving and supportive practice.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload involving insureds and insurance companies, with a primary focus on all aspects of general liability claims. This includes, but is not limited to, premises liability, workers’ compensation claims, and insurance coverage disputes.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years’ and no more than 10 years’ post-qualification experience in insurance defence litigation. Demonstrable experience representing insureds and insurers in a range of general liability matters. Proficiency in managing complex claims, conducting depositions, preparing for trial, and delivering effective legal strategies. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing thorough, client-focused legal support.
