This is full-time, in-office position. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: 1. Opening and creating new files (sending LOR, sending letters). 2. Contacting clients and insurance companies for information. 3. Documenting all information on case management software 4. Obtaining policy limits, such as BI and UM and PD. 5. Assisting with property damage claims and rental car 6. Assigning cases to case manager upon completion of intake 7. Diligence and persistence in obtaining the needed information. Ideal candidate must be extremely detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills to succeed in this position. Candidate must be super organized, hard-working and work well under within the stresses of a law firm environment.
