Senior Case Manager Position Duties:
The Case Manager/ Personal Injury Legal Assistant acts as a liaison between the lawyers, medical providers, and patients for personal injury cases. Acts as an administrative liaison to Site Coordinators and Medical Providers to effectively manage personal injury cases Collects, analyzes, and oversees necessary documentation to adequately evaluate and manage cases. Sound decision making to ensure proper case management for Spine and Wellness Centers of America (SWCA) Serves as a company representative and brand ambassador to internal employees and external clients
Position Expectations:
To perform the position successfully, an individual is expected to: Collect data to review and analyze personal injury cases Demonstrates sound decision making on SWCA cases Communicates with Practice Managers, Clinic Directors, and Site Coordinators case management decisions Builds and maintains relations with Attorney’s, Case Manager’s, and Paralegals Accurately update and maintain client case information. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills Utilize MS Office an Excel as effective communication tools Self-Starter Be organized and efficient. Be professional Be smart and work smart. Have a positive attitude
Position Requirements:
Experience:
1+ years’ experience in a medical office with a focus on personal injury Bilingual ( Spanish required) Possess excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills. Excellent time management skills are organized and able to prioritize projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment effectively.
