The ideal candidate is barred in Florida, with additional bar admissions in California or Texas considered a significant advantage. Consumer Law Experience a Plus. This role offers the opportunity to handle complex litigation matters, with a focus on consumer law cases, and provides a path to equity partnership for high-performing attorneys. Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including case strategy, discovery, motions, and trial preparation. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and communication. Requirements Active license to practice law in Florida (required). Additional bar admission in California or Texas (highly preferred). 1-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in consumer law or related fields. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Proven ability to manage cases independently and work effectively in a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a flexible environment (in-office or remote).
