The ideal candidate will have some experience in litigation and/or other areas of law. Attorneys will no litigation experience will be considered as well since we offer a diverse practice to our clients. Duties Conduct discovery for general litigation cases. Draft legal documents. Conduct legal research to support case preparation and client representation. Utilize Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis for comprehensive legal research and analysis. Maintain accurate records of all case activities and client communications. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients’ cases. Experience Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the bar in the State of Florida.. Previous experience in a law office setting is preferred, however recently graduated attorneys will be considered. Strong proficiency in legal drafting and research. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interaction and representation. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
