Job Description Job Description Experienced Litigation Attorney wanted by the Law Offices of David Singer & Associates, P.A., based in Hollywood. Join a long-established practice with a sterling local and national reputation. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously in a supportive, small firm environment in one of Florida’s best-known personal injury and maritime law firms. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to the Southern District of Florida Trial Bar . This role requires a self-motivated attorney with a strong litigation background, excellent research and writing abilities, and proven experience in mediation and jury trials.

Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, from case inception through trial and post-trial motions Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Manage discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and requests for production Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and jury trials Collaborate with paralegals, investigators, and expert witnesses Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active member of the Florida Bar Admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, including the Trial Bar Minimum of 5 years of personal injury litigation experience Demonstrated experience in mediation and first-chair jury trials Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing skills Strong courtroom presence and excellent oral advocacy Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively and independently

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with case management software Spanish-speaking is a plus (if applicable)

Compensation:

Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
