This role is ideal for someone who’s confident handling cases from intake through resolution — including trial.
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload (40+ cases at once) of personal injury matters Handle depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial prep Work directly with clients to guide them through the legal process Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and trial when needed
Qualifications:
2-10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus Must live in or be willing to commute daily to the Greater Fort Lauderdale area
