Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with a strong background in handling complex litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in litigation, with a particular emphasis on construction law. This position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring 2 to 3 days in the office per week in our Sunrise, FL location.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee litigation cases from inception through resolution Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes Provide legal advice and guidance on litigation strategy and risk management

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the Florida State Bar Demonstrated experience in handling litigation matters independently Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
