The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including Civil and Business Litigation, Real Estate Law, General Law, and regulations. This role requires excellent negotiation and litigation skills, as well as proficiency in legal research and drafting. The Litigation Attorney will represent clients in court, prepare legal documents, and provide expert advice on complex legal matters. Responsibilities Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including trials and hearings. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation. Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, particularly in Real Estate Law Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal advice. Utilize tools such as Lexis-Nexis for comprehensive legal research and case management. Maintain organized case files and documentation for efficient case handling. Provide guidance on family law matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in litigation, with a focus on immigration law or family law preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients. Proficiency in legal drafting and administrative tasks related to case management. Familiarity with tribal law regulations is a plus. Excellent research skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
