Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with a diverse team, including individualsat all experience levels, and be open to cross-training forcoverage outside of associate duties
• Take full responsibility for handling cases from the beginningto the resolution stage
• Effectively manage client expectations and cultivaterelationships with both existing and prospective clients
• Analyze case-specific legal issues and relevantdocumentation
• Resolve matters in the best interest of the client,demonstrating eagerness and dedication
• Provide leadership and guidance to paralegals and legalassistants
• Work exclusively in-house as part of our cohesive team, withoutthe option for remote work

Qualifications:

• Must be a self-starter with a proactive attitude
• Should possess an open-minded approach to handling cases
• Demonstrated trial skills are essential
• Sound judgment is a key requirement
• In-depth knowledge of Court Rules is necessary
• Experience in evidentiary hearings and trials is a must
• Strong negotiation skills are crucial
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are vital
• Proficiency in mediation and settlement conferences isrequired
• Minimum networking abilities are expected
• Previous deposition experience is a plus
