The practitioner in this role will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging portfolio of matters. The core of the practice involves crafting bespoke solutions for complex business succession planning, advanced estate and gift tax planning, and intricate business transactions. The work demands a deep understanding of corporate, limited liability company, and partnership law as it intersects with sophisticated trust and estate planning for privately owned and family-operated businesses. Essential Qualifications and Experience:

An LL.M. in Taxation is a mandatory prerequisite for this position. Must possess an exemplary academic record from an accredited law school and undergraduate institution. Demonstrated excellence in drafting complex legal instruments, including wills, trusts, and various business agreements.
