DESCRIPTION
We have an immediate opening for a talented and experienced Municipal and Land Use Litigation Attorney with 4-7 years of relevant experience to handle a diverse caseload involving municipal law, zoning, land use and related litigation matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities and a passion for advocating for clients in complex legal disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in municipal and land use litigation matters, including zoning disputes, land use regulations and administrative hearings. Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and case preparation. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions and briefs. Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel and government officials. Stay current on developments in municipal and land use law and regulations. Provide legal advice to clients on compliance with local, state and federal laws.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. 4-7 years of experience in municipal and land use litigation. Strong knowledge of municipal law, zoning regulations and land use planning. Exceptional legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills. Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
