Pre-Suit Attorney, Personal Injury 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars Plantation, FL 33315 Attorney- Personal Injury Pre-suit (English and Spanish Speaking) Well established (over 25 years) boutique Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm that continues to grow in size and respect and is dedicated to helping the injured victims of another’s negligence, is seeking a Pre-litigation attorney. The candidate for this position must be a Florida licensed attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice history and should have at least seven years’ experience. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, PI Attorney with a positive, can-do attitude, and a diligent work ethic. Must be able to prioritize their case load and enjoy working in a high volume, fast paced, team environment. Further, the candidate’s skills should include: Providing proper legal counsel to our clients by evaluating the merits of a personal injury case, through legal research and other analysis. Proven strong negotiation and communication skills. Be able to manage a demanding caseload with the ability to supervise and provide professional & courteous direction to their support team and empathy for the clients we serve. The ability to focus on finding creative solutions to the issues the client faces. Be knowledgeable of the medical issues that arise in these types of cases.
