Responsibilities include:

Conducting initial consultations and devising strategies Delegating work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitoring their work Handling the Firm’s Estate Planning, Guardianship and Probate matters Leading and participating in meetings with clients Telephone consultations Preparation of Correspondence Document Review Performing legal research Remaining current with developments in the law Handling files from open to close

Qualifications:

Is an active member of the Florida Bar Has 4 + of experience in Estate Planning, Guardianship and Probate administration Has the capacity to handle cases and clients independently Shows compassion when dealing with clients and puts them at ease during their difficult time Is a go-getter with a strong work ethic
