• $90,000
• $120,000 commensurate with experience plusperformance bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Be the primary attorney assigned to our Spanish-speakingclients.
• Handle a manageable caseload of misdemeanors and felonies.
• Youwill start with about 50 cases and steadily increase your case loadto full capacity, depending on the complexity of your various casesand a healthy work-life integration.
• Help your client’s win at life
• you will have autonomy topursue the best defense for the client’s ultimate goal.
• Courtroom exposure
• You will be negotiating plea offers andlitigating cases. Your preparation is critical, but your ability tothink on your feet and communicate well is tantamount to yoursuccess in this position.
• Conduct extensive research and analysis on a diverse array ofcriminal cases. Use AI to assist in your research, casepreparation, communications, and a multitude of other areas.
• Craft persuasive motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Collaborate
• you will be working directly with AssociateAttorney, Jeff Delman, owner George Reres, and our administrativestaff.

Organization and a clear strategy on each case will bevital.

Qualifications:

• Speak Spanish fluently
• Have tried at least 10 jury trials to verdict, the more thebetter.
• Have a Juris Doctorate, be licensed by the Florida Bar, andhave at least 3 years of experience representing clients incriminal courts.
• Radiate empathy and build profound connections with clients,colleagues, and legal professionals, forging relationships groundedin trust and understanding.
• Possess exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, honed toperfection, allowing you to navigate the legal landscape withfinesse.
• Embody the highest levels of integrity, professionalism, andethical conduct, always championing justice and fairness.
• Thrive under pressure, expertly managing multiple cases withoutsacrificing the quality and attention to detail that sets youapart.
• Be open to rapidly integrating the latest technology in lawfirm administration, case management, and legal research.
