Salary:

Job Details We are a premier Florida-basedlaw firm known for its exceptional legal services and collaborativeculture. We are seeking a Securities Attorney for our Corporate,Securities, and M&A practice group.
Responsibilities:
Providelegal counsel on securities law matters, including privatesecurities offerings, fund work, and joint ventures. Draft, review,and negotiate securities-related documents such as offeringmemoranda, subscription agreements, and compliance policies. Adviseclients on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, andsecurities transactions. Conduct due diligence and managetransactional processes for securities offerings and capitalmarkets transactions. Collaborate with other attorneys and legalprofessionals within the firm to deliver comprehensive legalsolutions to clients. Stay updated on relevant securities laws,regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive legal advice.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited lawschool. Admission to the Florida Bar. Minimum of 8 years ofexperience in securities law, with a focus on private securitiesofferings and capital markets. Strong analytical, negotiation, andcommunication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in ateam-oriented environment. High level of professionalism andethical standards. Experience with cross-border securitiestransactions and international securities law.
